I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and today I am a yoga teacher and yinyoga instructor. I appreciate all different kinds of yoga, but above all yinyoga which is like an embrace and also has many benefits for the body and mind. 

This coming fall I am offering a yoga course in cooperation with ABF in Huddinge.

Yinyoga helps the body to maintain its flexibility and stimulates the inner organs and the meridians in the body. In yinyoga we stay several minutes in every position which makes us find the present moment and the yoga form also helps us to release fysical and emotional tension. In yinyoga the goal is to relax in the position, relax the muscles and calm the mind.
